  • I was (executive) secretary of the Trilateral Dutch-German-Danish Wadden Sea Cooperation and head of the Common Wadden Sea Secretariat.

 

I have extensive experience in international cooperation in the field of nature conservation and management including international agreements and organizations and relevant EU regulations; World Heritage; governance processes and strategic planning; budget planning and acquisition of international funding; setting up networks and working with non-government organizations.

 

Since my retirement I have been involved in several (international) projects and activities and taken up various positions (see projects and activities).
